We're excited for you to receive your Pride gear! Here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Apparel & Accessories (shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tote bags, etc.): Made to order — typically 2–5 business days to process before shipping.
  • Flags & Blankets: Ship within 1 business day.
  • Holidays & peak periods: Processing may take a little longer. You'll always receive a tracking update once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days after processing (most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days total).
  • Canada & International: 10–20 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Discreet Shipping

Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked package — no Pride Clothes branding or rainbow logos on the outside. The sender name will show as CLS Empresas LLC, which is also what appears on your credit or debit card statement.

Note: You may initially see a pending charge from Sheertlab LLC. This is normal — it consolidates to CLS Empresas LLC once your financial institution processes the transaction.

Shipping Rates

  • United States: Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • International (orders $100+ USD): Free shipping.
  • International (orders under $100 USD): Shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also opt in for SMS tracking notifications at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@prideclothes.com as soon as possible. Include a photo and your order number — we'll resolve it quickly.

  • Easy gifting: Purchase a Pride Clothes gift card for someone special here.
  • Delivery: Gift cards are delivered to your email immediately after purchase. Click "View Gift Card" to reveal the code, or forward it directly to the recipient.
