  1. If discretion is important and essential, we totally understand. We follow the utmost standards when it comes to discreet shipping. This means we will ship your order using no logo plain polymer mailers, a type of lightweight but sturdy packaging material that will not only conceal the contents placed in it but will also secure and protect your items during the delivery process. The plastic mailer bags we use are non-transparent.
  1. The return address will display as Sheertlab LLC, the same company name that will appear on your credit or debit card statement. Keep in mind that, in some cases, a pending charge or hold will initially and temporarily appear as CLS Drywall & Trim LLC until the transaction is consolidated by your financial institution.
  1. Since each uniquely designed item is made to order, please allow two to five business days for processing and fulfillment. In some rare cases when a given product color is out of stock we may choose a suitable alternative and automatically substitute the original product to avoid fulfillment delays.
  1. A tracking number will be provided immediately via email once your order has been shipped out so you can monitor and trace your shipment every step of the way. You can also receive tracking information through text messaging by opting in during sign-up at checkout.
  1. Free shipping is available for orders within the USA.
  1. Free shipping is also available for orders over $100 USD for all international countries.
  1. The shipping fee for international orders below $100 USD will be automatically calculated when checking out.
