We're excited for you to receive your Pride gear! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
Processing & Fulfillment:
- Apparel & Accessories: Made to order, typically takes 2-5 business days to process.
- Flags & Blankets: Ship within 1 business day.
- Holidays: Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
- Out-of Stock Items: We may substitute with a similar product to avoid delays.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Discreet Shipping: Your order arrives in a plain package from CLS Empresas LLC to ensure your privacy. This is also the name that will appear on your credit/debit card statement. (In some cases, you may initially see a pending charge from Sheertlab LLC until your transaction is consolidated by your financial institution.)
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also opt-in for SMS notifications during checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available for all U.S. orders and international orders over $100 USD.
- International Orders: Shipping fees for orders under $100 USD will be calculated at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@prideclothes.com as soon as possible.
