We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to fix it. Here's our policy by product type — because some items are made just for you.

👕 Shirts, Sweatshirts, Crop Tops & Mugs

These items are made to order specifically for you by our print-on-demand partners. Because every piece is produced just for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Misprinted or incorrect designs
  • Items shipped in the wrong size (e.g., you ordered a Medium and received a Large)

We're unable to accept returns if you ordered the wrong size. Please check our Sizing Chart before placing your order — it's the best way to get the perfect fit.

Pride Flags & Blankets

These items ship directly from us and qualify for our standard return window.

  • Return window: 15 days from your delivery date
  • Condition: Unused and in original condition, free of any odors
  • Return shipping: Your responsibility
  • Original shipping fee: Non-refundable

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@prideclothes.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. For defective or incorrect items, include a clear photo — this speeds things up significantly.
  3. We'll confirm next steps and a ship-to address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your replacement — whichever you prefer.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.

Common Questions

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Email info@prideclothes.com right away with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right, fast.

Why does my receipt say "CLS Empresas LLC" or "Sheertlab LLC"?
That's us. CLS Empresas LLC is our legal business name. You may initially see a pending charge from Sheertlab LLC — this is normal and will consolidate to CLS Empresas LLC once your financial institution processes the transaction. Both are legitimate charges from Pride Clothes.

What if my item doesn't fit but I ordered the right size?
That's rare, but it happens — sizing can vary slightly by style. Reach out and we'll do our best to find a solution.
